Reach the desk, not a queue
Whoever opens your note can genuinely price a file, not merely file it. Prefer to see numbers before you speak to a soul? Start an application and the answer returns with figures attached.
Email the desk
The fastest way through. Lead with the business name and a ballpark figure and the reply lands specific, instead of a request for more before anything useful can be said.
When we are reading
Monday to Friday
9:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m. ET
Anything arriving off-hours is picked up first thing the next working day. There is no phone line; this inbox is the only channel, and it reaches people who can price a file.
Apply here now
Ten minutes or so. Nothing to pay to apply, and nothing lost at all if you read the offer and decide it is not for you.

Three details that save us both an email
How much, and what is it for?
A bracket does the job, as does a loose purpose. $25,000 toward a second van points to a different structure than $600,000 to build out another site, and pinning that down early spares us three emails later.
How have deposits run over recent months?
A ballpark for the month, and whether that holds level or rides the season. Little else tells us so quickly whether a file exists here at all; where it does not, the no comes in a sentence rather than after a fortnight.
Is any repayment already coming out of the business?
An advance in place, a loan, a factoring facility, an arrangement with the tax office. Singly, none of these is disqualifying. The harm comes when they surface at verification, once a price has been set as if they did not exist.
