Website terms of use
The rules behind this website, a straight account of where a merchant cash advance parts ways with a loan, and the state disclosure regimes that reach commercial financing.
What this page covers
What you are reading sets the conditions for using this website. It forms no funding contract, and reading it creates none. If an offer later reaches you, that offer and its accompanying agreement bring conditions of their own, and those — not the ones here — decide what happens with the money.
Staying on the site is taken as acceptance of what appears here. Anyone who does not accept it should simply leave.
What {company} does
Link Your Capital finances business purposes for companies operating in the United States. None of what we offer serves personal, family or household needs, and we extend no consumer credit in any shape.
A number of our products draw on our own capital, where we fund directly. The rest — loans under Small Business Administration programs chief among them — are arranged together with a partner lender, and in those cases we name the institution that is lending before any commitment is made.
Nothing set out on this site is a quote, a promise to fund, or advice of any professional kind, be it financial, legal, tax or accounting. Each file turns on the figures underneath it, and a meaningful share are declined.
An advance is a purchase, not borrowing
This is a legal distinction, not a quibble over wording, and ten minutes on it before signing is time well spent. A loan advances principal and bills you for however long you keep it. An advance works on another principle entirely — it settles a purchase. We buy a set dollar figure of revenue the business has not yet taken in, pay you a smaller figure straight away, and recover the agreed figure out of deposits as they come through.
Since nothing was lent, the paperwork carries no principal, no interest, no APR and no maturity — there is simply nothing for those ideas to fasten to. Cost arrives instead as a factor rate: one multiplier, used once, yielding a single total that will neither swell if repayment stretches out nor contract if it wraps up early. Factor rates and interest rates gauge unlike things and will not convert between one another; present them as interchangeable and you are being sold a line.
Before you commit you will have before you the figure advanced, the figure bought, the percentage taken in remittance, the term we anticipate and the dollar total. Should any line read unclearly, raise it while backing out still costs you nothing.
The numbers here are illustrations
Any sum, bracket, factor rate, term or turnaround shown anywhere on the site pictures what is typically available — never an offer, a quote or a guarantee. What actually reaches you rests wholly on what a review of the business will bear.
The worked examples sit here so the maths can be followed end to end. Treat them as illustration, not a price list, and read nothing into them about the terms you yourself would see. Certain products are off the table in certain states, and passing a stated threshold does not on its own conjure an offer.
Reviews and testimonials
Every testimonial describes a single business, a single file, a single run of numbers. Not one of them foretells or guarantees that an equivalent sum, similar pricing, or any offer whatever will come your way.
Nothing on the reviews page, or anywhere on this domain, should be taken as a sign that funding is certain or that a result shown is the usual one. Where a reviewer was given anything of value for their words, that fact sits beside the review.
State commercial-financing disclosures
More and more states now insist on a standard pre-contract disclosure for commercial financing, sales-based financing like a merchant cash advance included. Where such a law reaches your deal you receive the disclosure before signing, in the form the statute dictates, on top of anything stated on this site.
The regime we track most closely is New York’s Commercial Finance Disclosure Law, this being our home ground. For covered deals it calls for a written schedule setting out the sum financed, the finance charge, the full repayment total, the estimated term, how payments are structured, and an estimated APR computed under the Department of Financial Services’ rules. That estimate exists only so rival offers can be weighed on a shared yardstick; it neither converts an advance into a loan nor undoes that it is priced as a factor rate — the figures answer separate questions, and you will see both.
California, Virginia, Utah and Georgia operate disclosure regimes of their own, several tied to registration or a licence, each with distinct thresholds, exemptions and mandated forms, and further states have joined since. Which one applies to you turns on where the business is based and on the scale and structure of the deal. Raise it before applying and we will name the regime that governs what you have in mind.
Using the site as intended
Use the site to learn about funding and to apply for it. Do not attempt to damage it, reach areas never opened to you, extract it in bulk, re-post it, or test it for weaknesses.
Put nothing you know to be untrue on an application. Three patterns keep recurring: altered bank statements, undisclosed positions, and revenue inflated past what the account proves. Any of them is grounds to withdraw an offer, or to cancel an agreement already running, quite apart from whatever else may follow.

Limits on our liability
The site comes as it is. Reasonable care goes into its accuracy, yet we give no warranty that every figure is current, that it will always load, or that it holds no mistakes.
As far as the law will permit, we accept no responsibility for indirect, incidental or consequential loss that follows from how you use the site, lost profit and lost opportunity included. Where the law withholds such a limit — fraud and fraudulent misrepresentation being the clear instances — we claim none.
Governing law, and how to reach us

If a court strikes down part of what is written here, the remainder holds good. Declining to enforce a term on one occasion is no waiver of the right to enforce it afterward.
