Business Term Loan
One lump sum up front, the same bill every month
Plain borrowing, nothing exotic. We put a set sum in your account, you return it over a fixed run of months, and the bill never catches you off guard. It earns its place on the big, deliberate moves — a second location, a partner buyout, rolling a stack of pricey short-term balances into one you can actually read. The steadiness cuts both ways: easy to budget against, and unmoved by a month that underperforms.

The use
Where an advance earns its keep
- An owner with a real track record making a deliberate, sizeable investment that earns back over a span of years.
The fit
Whether this product is worth your next ten minutes
- Time in business
- 6 months or moreClocked from when the business began trading for real, not from the date the entity was registered.
- Monthly revenue
- $15,000 or moreWhat actually lands in the business account each month. Four even months read better here than one standout.
- Business bank account
- RequiredLive, in use, and under the trading name itself — a personal account will not stand in for it.
- Location
- United StatesThe business has to be formed and trading in the US. We put money to work across all fifty states.
Clear all of these and the file gets a proper read. That is not the same as an offer — plenty of businesses are turned down here, and we would sooner say so within the hour than string it out for a fortnight.
The detail
Sharper questions about how an advance behaves
What separates this from a cash advance?
A term loan advances principal and charges interest on whatever is still owed; the bill is a set monthly amount that arrives on its date however the month went. A cash advance buys a portion of your coming sales at a discount and takes a cut of what lands. Across the full run the loan is the cheaper one; the advance is the one that bends with the register.
Do you take collateral?
At this size we rarely tie the loan to a single named asset, though we do place a general lien over business assets and ask the main owner to guarantee it personally. When the point of the money is one specific machine or vehicle, our equipment product is almost always the tidier fit.
If a cash advance is not a loan, what is it?
It is a sale, plain and simple, and the line is a legal one rather than marketing. A named dollar sum of sales you have yet to collect moves to us, we pay a discounted price now, and we get that sum back out of your settlements as they arrive. Since nothing was lent, there is no rate, no APR and no maturity date — those belong to debt. Anyone selling you an advance as a loan has either misread the product or is betting that you will.
How does the factor-rate math work?
Once. You multiply a single time and stop. Seventy-five thousand at 1.30 means we are buying $97,500 of your coming sales, and the $22,500 between the two numbers is everything the money costs — full stop, with nothing added down the line. Time never touches that gap. Clear it in six months or eleven and it is still $22,500, the mirror image of how interest treats a running balance. You can work the sum on a napkin before signing, and the napkin will be right.
A month of soft sales — now what?
What leaves your account drops the same week your sales do, with nobody lifting a finger. We take a share, not a flat figure, so a month at half pace returns roughly half, and the calendar simply lengthens to cover the rest. Nothing gets missed, because no payment was ever scheduled to miss. That is why seasonal owners reach for an advance before anything else. An outright collapse in revenue, as opposed to a dip, is a separate talk, and one to have with us early.
The alternatives
When an advance is plainly the wrong tool
If your case suits a term loan, a credit line, equipment paper or an SBA file, the price usually lands well under an advance. Those sit on our menu too, so nudging you toward the dearer one would only cost us the next deal.
Merchant Cash Advance
We purchase a slice of your upcoming sales at a discount today. A receivables sale, not a loan, and priced on a factor rate.
