Our privacy notice
The details gathered at application, the reason each is kept, everyone who might glimpse them, and the way to have them wiped. Meant to be read once and actually land.
What reaches us
Filling in the application hands us a name, a contact number and an email, the business’s registered name and line of work, a rough sense of how long it has traded, an estimate of what lands in the account each month, the sum you want and — only if you care to add it — a note on its purpose. Every one of those boxes exists to answer the application and for nothing besides.
A file that advances brings a second ask: bank statements, and then, according to the product on the table, proof of identity, a voided check or your incorporation documents. That request holds until you have said you want a firm offer in hand — no statement is ever the price of a first reply.
Behind the scenes our server records what any server records: an address it was reached from, the browser in use, the pages served. This domain drops no advertising cookie and loads no outside tracking code.
Why we keep it
We hold what you give us for a closed list of purposes: to decide whether funding is possible, to shape an offer and present it, to correspond about that offer, to run whatever facility you accept, and to meet the record-keeping a commercial-finance provider is bound by. Nothing on that list involves pitching you unrelated things.
We neither sell your details nor rent them out. They reach no party whose livelihood is marketing to you elsewhere, and lodging an application does not quietly enrol you anywhere. Owners who have shopped this market before will know that restraint is the exception rather than the rule.
How it is held
HTTPS carries every page and an encrypted channel carries the form. Documents rest in permissioned systems that open only to the handful of people assigned to your file. Statements and identity papers stay only as long as the file and the law demand, after which they are destroyed rather than shelved forever.
No store of data is truly unbreakable, and we will not pretend one is. The plainer truth is this: we gather the minimum a decision needs, we part with it the moment we are allowed, and we would rather put a question to you twice than guard a document whose usefulness has run out.
What you can ask of us
You may request a copy of what we hold, have an error in it corrected, or have it deleted outright. A line or two to info@linkyourcapital.com">info@linkyourcapital.com starts any of these; we acknowledge it and act inside the period the applicable law sets.
Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and a widening roster of other states carry defined statutory rights over their data. We run one standard for every request, wherever the person lives, since keeping two would cost more than it could ever return.
Reply to a marketing email asking us to stop and it stops at once. Messages about an application in progress or a facility in force are operational, not promotional, and those keep coming while the file is live.
Not meant for minors
These pages speak to people running companies. None of it courts anyone under 18, we knowingly gather no minor’s information, and anything of the sort that reaches us by accident is removed, not kept.
When this page changes
Should our handling of information shift, this page shifts with it and the date up top is reset to match. Anything consequential is flagged in a notice at the head of the page, left up long enough for a returning visitor to catch, instead of folded in quietly. Ask and we will share a prior version.
Where to send a question
Send anything concerning this notice, or any request it grants you, to info@linkyourcapital.com">info@linkyourcapital.com. A human reads that inbox; there is no ticket queue and no case number waiting at the far end.
